Justin Komi Amoussou (Principal Partner)
As Principal Partner, Justin Komi Amoussou makes up the Management Board. Justin Komi Amoussou has 25 years of experience acting on dozens of major disputes in international arbitration and litigation across many sectors. Besides his current role leading the firm, he continues to act as trusted advisor to clients on their arbitration and cross border litigation challenges. Justin Komi Amoussou has been recognized by the major guides since 2010 as a leading practitioner in the Togo in arbitration and litigation, and is the only Togo lawyer ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for both arbitration and litigation.
Miriam NANA (Practice Partner)
As Practice Partner, Miriam NANA makes up the Management Board.
Before joining the leadership team, Miriam NANA was head of Divine Chambers & Co Associates ’s energy group. She has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A specifically within the energy sector, with a focus on matters of sustainability and natural resources.
Miriam NANA has been widely praised for her natural ability to deal with complex strategic deals at both the national and international level.
Luc N’GUESSAN (Executive Partner)
As Executive Partner, Luc N’GUESSAN makes up the Management Board.
Luc N’GUESSAN has extensive international business experience, both as the founder of innovative consultancy firms and as an executive at a number of listed companies. In 2009, he was hired by La Caixa to take a central role in separating the company’s banking and insurance business. He then moved to Santander Group to help in its transformation to an independent company.
Luc N’GUESSAN combines his vast executive experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong engagement with society.
